Like all philosophy graduates Tom became a web designer, and then spent about 20 years in digital marketing, helping clients around the world sell their services.

But in late 2024 came a blinding realisation: we're doing this wrong! All of us. Design is not the central issue. Most founders are so busy they forget to think about the most important question of all – why on earth should anyone buy their services?

Vanilla Killer exists to address this, to push back the tide of vacuous, bland and vapid website copy, and to help businesses construct a clear, logical argument that will persuade people to become clients.
